Background Estimating cost-effectiveness in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) has received increasing attention recent years as a large number new drugs have been developed and generated through huge development costs soaring drug costs. Objectives EuroQol-5th dimension score (EQ5D) is most popular index for measuring quality life patients with (RA). In this study, an association between EQ5D aging using retrospective cohort data. Methods RA who had followed up more than 3 were picked up. Patients’ simplified disease activity (SDAI), HAQ, pain visual analog scale (PS), Sharp/van der Heijde (SHS), monitored since start (baseline: BL). Patients divided into groups; G-YY began before age 65 continued until 65; or older; G-OO at older.
